A long time Upper East Side resident, Terry is especially knowledgeable about her neighborhood. Prior to real estate, Ms. Lamb was involved in both the film and recording industries, working with independent commercial directors and a number of record labels. She changed careers in 1984 and has developed a broad real estate background, having worked on-site, as a business broker, and in residential sales.
